The LSIP team are seeking to work with businesses in the region to become LSIP Keystone Employers, the function of which is to provide ongoing insight regarding skills challenges in their sector and locality.
This insight will provide invaluable information which will feed into the local skills system and help to shape future curriculum and training programmes.
This will require a small amount of input of time on the businesses part to enable us to build an ongoing relationship that relies on the following:
- Providing valuable & realistic insight into skills challenges for your sector
- Attending scheduled MS Teams calls/meetings to discuss skills in detail
- Completion of a short survey monthly
You would need to demonstrate the following:
- A passionate commitment to skills development in the region
- The ability to collaborate with LSIP and wider stakeholders as required.
