Terms and Conditions for Online Event Booking and Payment
You are entering into an agreement (“Agreement”) in order to attend an event with Norfolk Chamber of Commerce.
Payment
Payment by credit card is required upon booking. If you have any issues please call 01603 625977 or email [email protected]
Booking conditions
When booking online, you should automatically receive an email to confirm your place. If you don’t receive a booking confirmation please email [email protected] or telephone 01603 625977.
Substitutions or cancellations
Standard events – Cancellations received more than two working days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within two days prior to the event, will not receive any refund. However, substitute delegates can be accepted at no extra charge.
Flagship events (Talking Tech, The B2B Exhibition, Bank of England and The Big Debate) – You will be sent separate terms and conditions with your booking confirmation.
For Training courses 15% of fee payable if delegates cancel training more than 7 days in advance. If less than 7 Days, full fee is payable. You will be sent a reminder a week before the training.
Unforeseen circumstances
We reserve the right to cancel events, change venues (within the same town or city) and substitute speakers at our discretion. Where events are cancelled by Norfolk Chamber, delegates will receive a full refund if alternative dates offered are not acceptable.
Collecting your information
When booking a place on an event and submitting your personal information, you consent to our use of the information. You will receive email marketing from Norfolk Chamber, and can unsubscribe from these forms of emails.
