Norfolk Chambers of Commerce is a major issuer of export documentation in the United Kingdom.
We also issue European Community Certificates of Origin, Arab-British Certificates of Origin, Invoices, and International trade related documents such as EUR1 and ATR Movement Certificates, or, embassy legalisation.

Why do you need export documentation?
Documentation is required in some countries to clear customs, or, it can be required as proof of origin in order to claim preferential duty rates, or for banking purposes when payment is by Letter of Credit. Letters confirming UK registration and/or Chamber membership may also be required to accompany tenders or contracts.

Certificates of Origin online:
Online applications for EC and Arab-British Certificates of Origin are available through our e-Cert/a-Cert website www.e-zcert.com. Upon receipt, the documents are stamped and returned to you either electronically or by first-class post on the same day, or alternatively you may collect them from the Norfolk Chambers. EUR1 & ATR Movement Certificates online:
EUR1 and ATR applications are also available online in a very similar way to the e-Cert service. This service is a quick and easy way to complete and submit your applications. If you would like more information or training on this service please email [email protected]
Express Documentation Service:
Personal callers do not need to make appointments, but in order to offer a speedy service, a telephone call beforehand ensures a shorter waiting time.

The Export Documentation team maintains regular contact with the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce and the Egyptian-British Chamber of Commerce. We are able to approach many embassies on your behalf and obtain legalisation of your export documentation.
