Join us on a leadership development experience with a difference where delegates will literally set sail whilst putting their leadership qualities to the test.

Aimed at people with the potential to be leaders of the future, the yacht acts as a metaphor for a business and delegates will be responsible for using their leadership skills to drive business success and reach their final destination.

Along the way they will identify opportunities, overcome challenges and find a balance between risk and reward, all whilst receiving in the moment feedback on their performance from our team and other delegates.

After the event each delegate will receive an individual development report mapped against competencies required to be a great leader.
