Powerful Presentations for Professional People: We are offering a 1 day personal development programme. The aim is to provide the skills and techniques to be a confident presenter with a powerful presence in front of any group of people. Outline of the day:

• Turning nervous energy into enthusiasm Understanding nerves Tactics to overcome nerves Enthusiasm is contagious did you pass some on today?
• Your body speaks The unspoken message Positive posture Engaging eye contact
• Finding your voice Vocal projection Intonation, inflection and vocal tone Positive word usage
• Preparation & Practice

It is our intention to use video to analyse and feedback to the participants. Each person will be required to deliver at least two (5 minute) presentations during the day, on a pre-prepared topic.

Cost: £125 + VAT this includes refreshments and a sandwich lunch
