This focus of this course is in developing, implementing, monitoring and verifying food safety procedures. It will cover a wider range of food safety hazards, to a greater depth, than Level 3 courses. This course is an important step towards our client businesses become more self-sufficient with food safety management. Ultimately it helps to protect your brand and your customers’ confidence in your products and services. Who’s Suitable? Owners & managers of larger/multi-site catering or manufacturing business, especially where food safety management systems are bespoke. Also, anyone involved in the implementation of food safety management systems and the direct supervision of staff. If you’re unsure, give us a call to discuss your needs. How Is This Course Delivered? There’s no substitute for a traditional classroom-based course for Level 4 (Zoom just doesn’t cut it here). The course is delivered at our No.8 training facilities where we have a full range of COVID-19 controls in place. This is a challenging course, equivalent to Foundation/1st Year Degree level studies, so a degree of self-study will be required. There are five, 1-day sessions, followed by an assessment on a 6th day; assessment is a 2.5 hour-long mix of mutli-choice questions (but tought ones!) and long-answer questions.
