About the Trainer

Maria Banks CPCC – Certified Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Facilitator

With over 12 years experience of developing and implementing organisational development and change management strategies within the European Energy industry and a further 14 years running her own L&D professional business and coaching practice.

Maria is qualified with the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a fully trained coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of the 10-month CTI Leadership Programme.

Her experience is diverse having worked with individuals and teams from a range of global organisations as well as servicing her own local community in and around Suffolk and Norfolk.

With a strong commitment to moving clients forward, achieving increased results and reaching their desired goals and aspirations, Maria’s coaching and training is impactful, action focussed and pragmatic.
