The Developing the Agile Edge programme is designed to develop leaders so they can create a ‘follower centred’ learning culture within their organisations and enhance the followers’ ability to implement the Agile Edge (more effective performance) based on the Howard Leadership Model.
The programme is designed for individuals in senior leadership positions who want to improve performance of individuals and their organisation. After attending the programme you will have gained new skills in Leadership and be able to drive change in your organisation to improve the culture and performance of your colleagues and followers.
The programme will cover coping strategies together with the latest in leadership thinking from the World Centre of Excellence for Leadership. Delegates will benefit from working with others who are like minded for action learning sets, who also have to deal with staff and management in challenging environments. The programme is designed to gain immediate return of investment and is delivered in a physical and practical framework.
