Norwich Business School at UEA has recently aligned its Executive MBA to the new Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship standard. This means that employers will be able to access funding for this course if they are paying the apprenticeship levy.
The programme is aimed at those in senior leadership positions who wish to enhance and develop their leadership skills and also those in middle management roles who aspire to continue to progress through their organisation.
As a member of the Norwich Financial Industry Group (FIG), the School is currently exploring interest in developing a Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship specifically for financial and related professional services. This would enable participants to complete the Executive MBA but with some sector-specific elements.
An open evening will be held at the Marsh offices in Norwich on Thursday 26 April and is open to HR professionals (with responsibility for identifying potential leaders within your organisation), finance managers and prospective candidates. The evening will be an informal chance to learn more about the programme and ask any questions you may have.
