The University of East Anglia is looking for employers to help inspire young males across Norfolk to aim high through their Inside Industry programme.
The programme aims to give young males a taste of life in the world of work and inspire them to aim high to achieve their career ambitions. Working class males are particularly under-represented at universities across the country and are out-performed by their female peers academically.
Giving students real-life experience and practical advice can have a real impact on aspirations, particularly for working class males, and help them to plan for their future, whatever they choose to do next.
