This is Effective is delighted to welcome their new staff member, James Penton, to the team. As Production Manager, James oversees the daily running of the Signage and Vehicle Graphics departments at our site in Great Yarmouth. With a wealth of experience in the sign and graphics industry, James is responsible for working closely with the production team, ensuring that each and every order – from the smallest vinyl sticker to the largest marine vessel – is completed to the highest of standards. James comes to us from Tamworth and for his excellent qualities, he is unfortunately, a West Ham fan. We believe that time spent with the dedicated Effective team will convert him to supporting Norwich City!
