Come and join us for the second Engaging Norfolk event, following its successful launch on Norfolk Day!
At the launch event, David Macleod OBE introduced the four enablers for successful employee engagement. At this second meeting we will be focusing on ‘Strategic Narrative’, which relates to visible, empowering leadership that provides a strong strategic narrative about the organisation, where it’s come from and where it’s going.
