Member Event: Your water, your say

As part of a national conversation about water, Ofwat – the water industry regulator – has asked every water company across England and Wales to host a ‘Your Water, Your Say’ meeting for their customers. These sessions will be run by an independent facilitator (appointed by Ofwat), to give people a chance to hear about the plans their specific water company has for the future and, importantly, to ask questions about those plans too.

At Anglian Water we already talk to our customers (a lot), because we want to know what’s important to them. This gives us another opportunity to do just that! Why not join us on March 30, and get involved.

We are currently preparing our detailed plan for 2025 to 2030. The ‘Your water, your say’ meeting will allow you to hear about the plan and ask us questions about it. Your questions could cover the service we provide, our impact on the environment, what will happen to your water bill or whatever other topic is important to you.

The event will be held online, but for those for those who don’t have access to IT facilities, there will be locations in Lincoln, Peterborough, Norwich and Hartlepool where you can attend to join the session in-person via a screen. In this session, we are really keen to hear from a host of different customers from across our region. Perhaps you have an interest in water, the environment or are particularly passionate about the future of your region? Whether you’re a household customer or business customer; from Kettering or King’s Lynn; whether you live out in the countryside or in the middle of a city; we want to hear from you.

• Long-term outcomes of our business plan
• Environmental outcomes
• Affordability
