About this event Programme Synopsis With a candidate lead market, economic instability, new technologies and changes in consumer and employee demands, the role of a leader has never been more demanding. Indeed, as your business grows, your role as a leader will develop and adapt to ensure you are maximising your impact and influence, to create clear direction, gain commitment and drive results. Working with SUNA, MAD-HR are delivering an HR Masterclass programme which is essential for those business owners and leaders looking to scale their business. The programme will equip leaders with the skills and knowledge to recruit, select retain and engage the right people for your organisation, ensuring that you comply with legal requirements, whilst also honing your skills as a leader and increasing impact on on your team and business. Delivery and Dates The skills programme will begin with a 4 hour face to face session, followed by 2 x 2 hour online sessions, finishing with a 4 hour face to face session, whereby the group can reflect on learning and celebrate the successes achieved along the way. 22nd September – 4 hour session face to face (location tbc) 6th October – 2 hour session online 20th October – 2 hour session online 3rd November – 4 hour session face to face (location tbc) About MAD-HR MAD-HR stands for Make A Difference HR and was formed to bring a new brand of HR to East Anglia.
