MAD-HR are hosting a practical and informative masterclass series in partnership with Scale Up New Anglia (SUNA) and the team at the New Anglia Growth Hub. This is a FULLY FUNDED programme to support business owners and leaders who are in the process of scaling up and are based in Norfolk or Suffolk. Why do you need to attend? In today’s climate, business leaders must learn how to recruit, select retain and engage the right people. This course will cover the skills required to excel at these tasks, plus tips on how to create direction, gain commitment and really drive results in your business through the process of scaling up. When and Where? The Masterclass series will begin with a 4-hour face-to-face session, followed by 2 x 2-hour online sessions, finishing with a 4-hour face-to-face session, whereby the group can reflect on the learning and celebrate the success achieved along the way.

  • 22nd September – 4 hour session face-to-face (location tbc)
  • 6th October – 2 hour session online
  • 20th October – 2 hour session online
  • 3rd November – 4 hour session face-to-face (location tbc)
