Book NowSo many of us struggle with that pesky imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs and fears about ourselves that hold us back.
And with the pandemic, and this period of sustained uncertainty which has tipped our lives upside down, our confidence may well have taken a knock. Or perhaps, even a battering.
So, this international women’s day, we’re hosting a workshop aimed at women that allows us to share tips and techniques and ask questions that will help you to build confidence, find self-belief, and free your ambition.
Because we all deserve to believe in ourselves, fulfil our potential and know: anything is possible.
Empowered Women Empower Women:
Places are limited as we want to create a safe and supportive space for conversation.
We would like to make a difference for other women through the workshop and so we are asking for a small donation of up to £5 to join us. This will be donated to Women’s Aid, a charity which does such important work. Home – Women’s Aid
Coaches:
Michelle Gant is Director of The Engaging People Company which aims to increase satisfaction and achieve business goals through engaging people. She is an experienced and qualified coach and mentor, supporting individuals to achieve their full potential, including as leaders. She also specialises in maternity coaching, offering support from pregnancy through to return, and beyond. Michelle is an experienced facilitator and a trainer and particularly delivers training around mental health for managers and resilience.
In all that she does, Michelle wants to be a role model for her five year old daughter, supporting and empowering her to achieve all to which she aspires. Michelle’s favourite quote is: believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable. Because you will.
Gemma Brown is a certified personal and business coach who helps individuals and organisations uncover their true identities – embracing their core values, needs and purpose – enabling them to confidently move towards their goals. Gemma works with individuals (1-2-1, through workshops and group facilitation) to discover their strengths, build confidence, manage their well-being and support them in the process of achieving their personal and professional aspirations.
At the core of Gemma’s work are two beliefs – ‘You can not pour from an empty cup’ – showing up for ourselves, enables us to show up for others, better. And ‘We would all thrive if we had the confidence to be our true authentic selves.’ Authenticity being a lifelong practice of discovery.
