Aim: To provide an understanding of key environmental concepts and the ability to develop environmental management systems. Organisation: This is an ‘open’ course.
Duration: 40 ‘guided learning hours’ over three days classroom tuition interspersed with some pre-course work, two days self guided study and final revision, and a half day exam.
Exam/Assessment: A three hour written examination with pass mark of 50%.
Cost:£595.00 + VAT (includes refreshments, lunch, course materials and assessment fees).
Awarding Body: Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
Tutor: Richard Mills is an experienced Environmental Health Practitioners, having enforced environmental law in many industries and are involved in environmental protection/management consultancy.
Differentiation: CIEH Level 2 Award in Environmental Principles and Best Practice or equivalent is helpful (please ask us).
Audience: Entrepreneurs, business owners, middle managers and supervisors who are responsible for creating and complying with environmental management systems.
