The new regulations which came in to place inDecember require businesses to be able to supply correct & up to date information toconsumers on what Allergens are in the foods beingoffered from that business.

This 1/2 day seminar will give you the informationyou need to comply with the regulations namely; -What Allergens are

– What Allergens are covered by the newregulations

– The importance of controlling Allergens at work

– The risk of giving false information

– The risk of cross contamination of ingredients

The regulations apply to all businesses that supplyall packed and non pre packed foods- Restaurants, canteens, deli’s, bars, events

Prerequisites: None – just enthusiasm! (well, and a completed booking form…)

Duration: 2.5 hour programme ( 10:00 start- 12:30 finish )

Cost: £47+VAT includes refreshments You must complete a booking form as thereis limited space on the seminar.
