We’re Norfolk Chambers of Commerce and it’s our mission to connect, support and give voice to every business in Norfolk. As our membership continues to grow, our incredible team are finding new ways to engage and support the local business community. That’s where you come in.

We are the voice of business in Norfolk and as our team continues to expand and evolve, we are looking for someone to fill a brand-new entry-level position in our Customer Experience Team.

Over the last five years Norfolk Chambers has undergone a significant cultural and digital transformation, and the last 18 months have been about the transition from transformation and change into a 5-year plan for growth and innovation. Our Customer Experience Team are the people who make an impact on every business we engage by signposting them to the Chambers services they need, delivering networking opportunities to connect them to other businesses and feeding their insight back so we can constantly evolve our offer to them.

Would you like a job where you get to…

Support the whole Customer Experience Team in the delivery of excellent customer service across a wide range of membership accounts all over Norfolk. This includes assisting with building relationships with businesses, onboarding new members, helping organise events and drafting communications to the business community.

Travel around the county meeting new businesses, supporting them to be the best they can be and signposting them to the services they need.

Be an ambassador for us and our members at events, helping the team deliver meaningful experiences for businesses and playing a role in a seamless customer journey.

What we need from you…

Someone that can bring creative ideas and a keenness to get things done, in an organisation committed to supporting our amazing business community.

You’ll have some customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment or business development role (though that’s not critical) and you can turn that experience to meet the needs of our highly customer centric, demand-led organisation.

Someone who wants to learn all about customer relationship management and has a passion for Norfolk.

Proactivity and adaptability in the face of challenge. We need you to try new things, learn from the doing and be resilient when things don’t always work as planned!
