Money stresses are an everyday part of life, for so many – and when they take hold, they impact relationships, families, mental wellbeing and productivity at work. Financial woes are not the domain of the low earners or any particular age range. Real life often throws us curveballs, such as divorce, illness or job uncertainties which all have an impact on our finances which, when left unmanaged, can lead to significant stress.
It is our mission to reduce those stresses by providing specialist Financial Wellbeing and Coaching, online and in person. We are not here to step on the toes of your existing wellbeing or financial advice provision, but to ENHANCE it by providing the missing pieces of the puzzle.
From a series of short “lunch & learn” style sessions, or full day workshops teaching through supporting the implementation of practical positive changes, leadership training and consultancy to help you help your colleagues better.
We also provide 1:1 dedicated financial coaching and mentoring support for those needing individual help with navigating their relationship with money, with a deeper focus on behavioural finance and the psychology of money as well as practical finances.
