Founder Phil Pritchard brings over 13 years’ hands-on experience in civil engineering planning, design and construction as well as a wealth of design and project management skills chartered through Engineers Australia (EA) and the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE).
Schema specialise in drainage, SUDS, hydraulic modelling and detailed design and planning. We are experienced in preparing designs for building regulation S104, S106, S38 and S278 approvals whilst simultaneously managing water authorities, the Environment Agency, highways authorities and Lead Local Flood Authorities. We’re proud of our continuing success in securing planning and detailed design work approvals for diverse developments across the UK.
Working in a rapidly changing sector, we are committed to staying ahead of the game when it comes to technology and new developments. We are currently studying Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the integration between civil and structural engineering disciplines and exploring how Geographic Information Systems (GIS) will influence civil engineering models in the coming years.
