About us

Carrstone began with a personal ambition: to create more freedom and choice through property. What started with our founder Chloe Tyrrell investing her own money and building her own portfolio has grown into a Norfolk business helping others invest, develop, manage and learn.

That experience still shapes how we work today. We know what it feels like to buy a first investment, weigh up a renovation budget and hand over the keys to a new tenant. We bring that practical understanding to our clients’ plans, alongside local knowledge, honest conversations and a team of established professionals and trades.

Property investment and development

We invest in and develop residential property, from buy-to-let homes to shared housing and conversion projects. Our work spans across 25+ units, assessing opportunities, planning improvements and coordinating delivery, with a focus on commercial viability and homes people want to live in.

We also work with private investors, having raised and repaid £500k+ privately, taking time to explain the project, the figures and the risks so they can make informed decisions. Lettings and property management

We help landlords find suitable tenants and look after their rental properties, with tenant-find and ongoing management services. As landlords ourselves, we understand the importance of dependable communication, careful property oversight and dealing with issues promptly, and have therefore created clear systems for keeping landlords informed, coordinating maintenance and responding promptly.

Property education and mentoring

Through Carrstone Academy, we help aspiring and developing investors build their knowledge and put it into practice. Our courses and mentoring draw on direct experience of buying, renovating, refinancing and managing property. We make the numbers and processes easier to understand, with practical guidance, constructive challenge and support to take the next step.

About Me

I’m AuDHD myself, having received a diagnosis in my late 30s. I’m an ADDCA certified ADHD coach, hold a DipHe in Psychology, and have a background in administration management and process improvement for NHS & Local Government.

I’m a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness & Compassion Tutor and Author.

I’ve recently moved from London to Norwich and am working between locations. 

My work offers a therapeutic approach to wellbeing, supporting people in finding greater balance and ease amid the busyness of life.

I’ve been teaching since 2008 and there are two sides to my work: 

• working with the public and companies offering wellbeing support through one-to-one sessions, classes, courses, workshops and retreats. 
• working with yoga and mindfulness teachers offering mentoring and professional training 

My book Weaving Mindfulness and Compassion into Yoga Teaching was published in 2025. 

Throughout my work I love helping people notice that gentle can be powerful. We all need spaces where we can pause, breathe and find greater ease, not just in our bodies, but also in our minds and hearts.
