Coming out of the pandemic and studying the mind for over 10 years now it is crazy how ‘people’ have changed and the changes to their priorities of what a meaningful life looks like to them.
Businesses that make changes to their culture to recognise this will thrive and achieve better results and revenue.
We are no longer in a world where salary is the driver to retain employees, it is much more about the satisfaction of their roles and also their work life balance. What the pandemic has done to families is highlight what is important in people’s lives and how their outlook on life generally has very much changed.
Mindset – what is it? how does this fit in with your processes and procedures? as leaders of your business how do you gauge mindset of individuals and teams? What is the impact of the mindset? how do you measure this?
So, if I explain to you that every result in each individual’s life is based on a thought which creates a feeling of energy, turns into an action, depending on the action creates a particular result good or bad. Think, Action, results’ my tagline. How does this then fit within your organisation? Can you see that if you apply self awareness, and get people to think about their thoughts to make sure that they are positive and aligned to business goals this then creates the results you require. Individuals will have paradigms and therefore collectively teams will have paradigms so it is about shifting these paradigms to reflect the needs of the business and what it is you wish to achieve.
