GRIDSERVE opened its 2nd Electric Forecourt in Norwich in April 2022, supplied by 100% renewable energy, and helps to pave the way for mass EV adoption well ahead of the 2030 ban on new petrol and diesel cars. The new Electric Forecourt® is one of the most advanced EV charging facilities in the world.
The Electric Forecourt is open to everyone, whether you are an EV drivers yet or not, we have retail facilities available on site with Costa Coffee, WHSmith, M&S and the Post office , there are also hourly bookable meeting pods for those confidential meetings, Free WIFI along with the ability to relax in our lounge.
The Electric Forecourt® welcomes the community in Norwich and hosts an array of community events. Breakfast business events have been held across the year with local businesses and speakers able to network. Electric Vehicle awareness days are held at the Forecourt® for the community to learn more about EVs and charging, along with local sustainable businesses showcasing their products and then we have activities for children with our interactive children’s area. Something for everyone.
GRIDSERVE’s latest offering at Norwich is Test, Lease, Charge. Test drives of a variety of EVs are available every day in a brand-neutral environment with advice from our GRIDSERVE Gurus and Leasing consultants. Leasing offers are available on a wide range of EVs with three months of free charging available on each new lease.
