James is Managing Director of Norwich based, award winning Energy Consultancy Indigo Swan. James has been with the business since it started 12 years ago and has led the business to record years as Managing Director in 2019, 2020 and 2021.
James’ aim is to be the best Manager and Leader he can be. James wants to motivate, inspire, develop and coach people to reach their personal and professional goals whilst at the same time achieving the goals of the business.
James looks to care personally for the team (The Swans) and challenge directly. James says he is always looking to develop and better himself through the experiences that his job and interactions with the wider business community brings. James is also Chair of Norfolk Chambers of Commerce Co.next initiative where they are looking to encourage, empower and engage the under 35 business professionals in Norfolk.
