Nicolle comes from a varied background in renewables, consultancy, and engineering in posts ranging from operations to strategy. An Executive MBA graduate and CMI Chartered Manager she is passionate about making business strategy a reality, without sacrificing sustainable practices or employee culture and engagement.
As General Manager for a Risk Management Consultancy Nicolle oversees all Business Operations to support Ordtek’s ambition growth plans. Passionate about equality & inclusion, Nicolle has previously led the Lotus Women’s Community, and sits on the DEI advisory board of the UEA, working to actively address equality issues and support females entering into their careers and wishing to progress in their leadership capabilities.
