An exclusive black-tie celebration in the historic Norwich Castle

With special guest Rory Bremner
Norfolk Chambers, in proud partnership with Norfolk Museums Service, invites you to an evening of refined celebration in one of the county’s most iconic and historic venues, the newly restored Norwich Castle Keep. This occasion promises to be the most distinguished event in Norfolk’s festive calendar, bringing together senior leaders, esteemed guests, and members of the business community for a night of exceptional dining and seasonal elegance, all within the ancient walls of Norwich Castle with special guest speaker, Rory Bremner.
Step inside history and experience a night like no other. Norwich Castle will open its great doors for one of the very first events since the completion of its £27.5 million, five-year restoration project. Once the royal palace of William the Conqueror and his son King Henry I, the mighty Norman keep has been returned to its original 1121 layout, with vast great halls and royal apartments painstakingly restored to their former splendour.
To dine here is to step back into the Middle Ages and immerse yourself in a setting that once symbolised the wealth and power of Norman England. Norwich Castle is the largest Norman keep ever built and is recognised as one of the most spectacular 12th-century secular buildings in Europe. But for one extraordinary night, it will be reserved for an exclusive black-tie Christmas celebration: a chance to experience this landmark as few ever will.

An Evening of Historic Elegance

Live string musicians will provide a sophisticated musical backdrop, while the gentle glow of a central fire pit creates an inviting and atmospheric setting for conversation and connection.
The evening will also feature a special performance by renowned satirist and impressionist Rory Bremner, whose sharp wit and brilliant storytelling are sure to leave a lasting impression.
