Chamber Training: Be Better at Project Management

This session aims to give you the basic knowledge about how to manage your business using project management. You will learn some useful tools and techniques that you can adopt in your workplace. This course is run by Martin Peckitt from Plumstudy Education.

We will examine the fundamental purpose of using project management and in doing so learn some of the tools and techniques to apply the methodology. You will learn how to practically utilise these skills back in your workplace. We will also briefly explore how to manage your time and plan more effectively using project management.

About Martin:

Martin is the Director of Plumstudy Education, a small private education business based in King’s Lynn, that provides private education, training and career guidance. Martin has previously worked in several large organisations in the private and public sectors. During this time, he has held many high-profile positions both as a project manager and a programme manager gaining qualifications in PRINCE2 and MSP. Martin now enjoys creating start-up businesses and his latest venture is project management consultancy and recruitment. His passion for education and training is evident in his course delivery
