In this session John Campbell will explore the benefits of customer complaints. Why is it that we find them so onerous? Discover out how to turn a complaint into a compliment. We will discuss methods of retaining valuable customers and gaining new ones by our actions. We will discover some insights, strategies and simple methods of handling complaints that will result in increased customer retention and improvements to our business.
About John:
John has had a long and sucessful career in the Quality and Training fields with both small and multinational organisations. John is now semi-retired and keen to pass on his wealth of knowledge to the next generation whilst still keeping up to date, having recently gained a 2015 transition certification in Quality Management. John is a fervent believer in customer focus, after all they’re who keep us in business.
