Whilst ready to cover topics from Body Language through business cards, badges to simple Questioning and Listening, Chris Liles, expert networker from Relationship Doctor offers a 1 hour ‘Surgery’ looking at body language through to business cards, badges to simple questioning & listening.

About Chris:

Chris Liles has Insurance Industry experience in various sharp-end customer-interfacing positions stretching back to 1968, Chris frequently encountered confrontation situations in his business roles. This lead to him becoming a specialist people-skills trainer and subsequently (helping sole traders to PLCs) a Business Insurance Broker and Business Advisor. An experienced and dedicated networker, Chris has used his life experiences to offerpracticalpeople-handling techniques and tips which have been researched, tried and tested both by his trainees and himself.
