You will learn: You can improve your return from email marketing by understanding and acting upon client behaviour (user interaction). This session will help you to learn about different targeted send techniques and how you could use these to get more from your campaigns. Delegates are invited to send details of their current email marketing to the speaker before the session in order to have the chance of receiving campaign analysis and recommendations during the session.

About Holly: Holly has worked in the online marketing industry since 1998 and is currently a Director of Website Design & Email Marketing company 101Smart. She is responsible for developing and delivering strategies for sales and business management as well as customer service and project management.
