You will learn: Everyone knows what good customer service looks like, but do you know how to manage it throughout your business, and turn “good” into “excellent”? Fiona Temple of Open Contact will help you understand the purpose of customer care and how you define it for your organisation. About Fiona: Fiona is the Managing Director of OpenContact, an outsource call centre business, based in Norwich, specialising in inbound call handling services in a number of different business sectors including e-commerce, visitor attractions, leisure breaks and insurance. The business was established in 2000, and Fiona joined in 2004 as Commercial Manager, following a career in HR within the telecoms, internet and retail industries. Since then, Fiona has progressed through the company, and took on the post of MD from the business founder (and her father) Ron Pollin after his retirement in 2010. Fiona is passionate about delivering an excellent service to her client’s customers by ensuring she has a motivated and happy workforce.
