To support the delivery of the LSIP in keeping the chambers involvement organised and clear to help deliver the goals and objectives set out and providing a platform for training provision and employers to work together more closely.
How can you help businesses?
I can help businesses by connecting with them to understand their needs in the workforce and giving feedback to the LSIP team to deliver the plan and align training provision and workforce skills.
Your special power is calm under pressure – how does this help?
I don’t panic when given something with high pressure – this helps because it means I am always able to produce work to a good quality
Your weaknesses are Jägerbombs – what happens when you get one of these?
I cant remember.
Your motto is “Whatever happens, happens.” – what does this mean for you?
Everything happens for a reason, you can’t change what has happened. Its all about how you react to it to make the best out of the situation whether it be good or bad.
