Business advice & support Norfolk Chambers’ membership gives businesses access to free HR, Legal, Tax and Health & Safety advice – much of which may be useful to you during the current COVID-19 situation. This essential service is included within your membership. Chamber Four Services gives you unlimited access to four business advice lines and over 750 free business documents. The 24/7 business advice line is available on 01455 852037. You will be connected to a trained advisor straight away and the service is completely free to access. The document library has over 750 free fully downloadable business documents, click here to access it, if you don’t have your login details to hand contact us. Health at Hand Regardless of whether Chamber members have healthcare cover with AXA or not,  all Chambers of Commerce members have free access to the health information telephone helpline, Health at Hand. Health at Hand is a24/7* health information telephone helpline, which gives your business and employees access to our team of nurses, counsellors, midwives and pharmacists. Twitter Hour Join in the conversation, share your expertise and make requests. We have launched #NorfolkChamberHour, a virtual networking hour that takes place on Twitter every Tuesday at 11am. Get involved here

LinkedIn Group Norfolk Chambers of Commerce has a LinkedIn group for its members. We want you to be able to communicate any issues you are facing during this uncertain period of time, share ideas & ask the chamber team any questions you may have. We want to support you in any way we can – to join the group click here and press ‘join’.

Webinars (coming soon) We are now looking to run a series of FREE webinars with the help and expertise of our members, do you have knowledge you would like to impart and think would be useful for businesses during this period? The webinars will be 30 – 60 minutes long and will focus on key topics or subjects relevant to businesses of different sectors. These can focus on a particular software, how to work remotely, how to motivate your team or the rise of e-commerce for particular markets for example. If you’re interested in delivering a webinar with Norfolk Chambers of Commerce, please complete the online form to register your interest.
