Johnathan is both a business leader and key influencer to government in the energy sector. He is Director of energy business consultants, Nautilus Associates. He is also the Business Development Lead for Suffolk’s flagship offshore renewable energy innovation centre, OrbisEnergy based in Lowestoft.

Johnathan’s presentation will focus on the challenges and opportunities for the region’s energy supply chain, and outline some of the most recent forecasts on new business opportunities across oil & gas, offshore renewables and the wider energy industry.

Joanna YoungScottish Power

Joanna is the Stakeholder Manager for Scottish Power Renewables. Her role spans the development and implementation of all the ScottishPower Renewables’ projects in the region. She works with the development team in Glasgow and the project team in London. Joanna has seen the EA1 Offshore Wind Farm Project through from the early planning phases.

During her presentation, she’ll discuss the EA1 project andthemajor packages of work being awarded, such as the 700MW project commencing in 2017. Shewill also provide an update on the progress of the project and how it is presentingsignificantopportunities withinthe region.
