Event: The 1896 Club – June 2017

Norfolk Chamber has created a new forum where senior business leaders have an opportunity to meet other key influencers to discuss and share experiences and opinions on a quarterly basis.

‘The 1896 Club’ named after the date of incorporation of Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, is an exclusive gathering for Norfolk business leaders with over 50 employees. 

The event will be hosted by our President Jonathan Cage, Managing Director, Create Consulting. There will be plenty of time to network with peers over breakfast and a lively debate on the challenges that large businesses face in Norfolk. 

Hear from our guestspeaker Paul Maskall, Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies. As the Cybercrime Security Advisor and Coordinator for both Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies, Paul Maskall Is responsible for furthering the Prevent, Protect and Prepare agenda of the UK Serious and Organised Crime Strategy.

Paul be talking about the current trends of cyber security in light of the Ransomware attack that hit the NHS and over 100 other businesses in May 2017, as well as advising the Chief Executives and Managing Director of their part to play in keeping their businesses safe and protecting data.
