Solace Coaching was founded in 2015 by Paul, a personal development coach with experience working with a variety of clients both in business and on a personal basis. Paul has an extensive background in management, both in-role and on an advisory basis. If you know motivates you, then why aren’t you doing it? Whether you are running your own business or working within one the chances are you chose to do what you are doing. However, do you have days when motivation just seems out of reach? Why is that?
