Dr. Antony Jackson, CFA, is currently a Lecturer in Financial Economics at the University of East Anglia, with previous experince asa former investment banker and independent derivatives trader. He is highly skilled as a Chartered Financial Analystcharterholder, a holder ofthe Level 4 Investment Management Certificate,and a holder of the Professional Risk Managerdesignation.Antony has degrees from the University of Cambridge, Warwick Business School, and the University of Leicester. Hisresearch focuses onthe areas of Investment & Trading Strategies and Financial Risk Management.

Lindsey Rix, Aviva’s UK chief operating officer,joined Avivain September 2014. Previously she was a managing director at Santander, responsible for its private banking and wealth management business, and has also held various positions in Barclays corporate and commercial businesses. She is also on the board of New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership.Aviva operates in 16 markets across the world and Norwich is the headquarters of its general insurance business with a focus on car, home and commercial business insurance.
