We warmly invite you to join us for this early morning event, where you can re-connect with local businesses and build your network.

To kick off World Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to bring you an event to make new connections and learn about the support available to those struggling with their mental health.

Looking after our mental health has become an increased topic of conversation, and we want to offer an informal and relaxed environment for you to network and re-connect with your local business community.

There will also be a delicious selection of tea, coffee, fruit pots, and pastries provided by The Feed.

About Norfolk & Waveney Mind

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is a local Mind mental health charity offering an extensive range of mental health services, along with associated training, advice, and information.

Our ambition is to ensure that one should have to face poor mental health alone and with the right support and resources anybody can create a life that feels meaningful.

Norfolk and Waveney Mind offer support services, ranging from personal development courses and suicide bereavement sessions to physical activity and gardening groups. We provide 1:1 talking therapies, counselling, residential care and access to employment services and provide mental health training and education for businesses, schools and individuals.

We also work in local communities to raise awareness and challenge sigma and discrimination. Our services support young people aged 14-25, adults and carers affected by mental ill health.

We have recently launched REST, a community space that welcomes everyone. REST stands for Recover, Eat, Support, and Talk, reflecting some of the key ways we are able to engage with people, and help them to engage with each other, to promote better mental health for all.
