Norfolk is full of talented business men and women and we’re delighted to have some of them giving up their time to provide free mentoring sessions for young professionals (under 35s) across Norfolk. Date: 25th September 2023 Time: Hourly slots available between 10am – 3pm Meet in person at Waterloo Park Café. Topics Jonathan can provide advice, guidance, hints and tips on: -Business Plans -Forecasts and/or Cash Flows -Accounting -Sole Trader v Limited Company comparison -Getting started as Self-Employed -Networking -Work Life Balance About Peter After 30 years in commerce, Peter ventured out as a sole practitioner accountant in 2017 – giving the flexibility for school runs for Georgia his grand-daughter – and to walk Leah their Labrador/Alsatian rescue dog. He is a Director of Buy Local, an organisation which encourages people to support and buy from local independent businesses, as well as for Eastern Landlords which ties in with the small rental portfolio built up over the years. Acting as Treasurer for Shine a charity in Yarmouth providing nursery and day care for children with special needs is rewarding. Extreme Cycling is my idea of relaxation, although Peter can often be found at rock concerts of increasingly aged bands – all of which doesn’t leave much time with my wife Emma!
