Both are essential for a successful show, but they play different roles. Do you feel your workplace is full of rockstars or conductors? What does management mean to you? We want to know how the young professionals in Norfolk feel on this topic, join us on Thursday 18th January at The Forum, Norwich, where we shall discuss the difference between management and leadership. Joined by a panel of local rockstars and conductors, we shall hear from them first hand on their own experiences and how they feel on the topic.
