This HR Forum will focus on unlocking the potential of modern and diverse workforces, covering key issues from managing an ageing workforce, to dealing with flexible and atypical working, including ‘zero-hour’ contracts. This comprehensive and practical HR Forum will also review forthcoming legal reforms and identify how these changes will impact on local businesses.
