Event: Gearing Up To Grow

Join us and our partners, Norfolk County Council, the Growth Hub, and Vattenfall at this free workshop in Swaffham focusing on encouraging innovation and collaboration when bidding for supply chain work.

How well is your company geared up to be part of a major supply chain? Do you have the neccessary skilled staff or do you need to upskill/recruit? Do you understand the key tendering requirements and processes? If neccessary do you understand how collaborating with other companies could enable you to deliver the work as a group?

There will be a number of experts delivering sessions on how to be part of a major supply chain, this session will predominantly focus on the construction sector, including a perspective from a Tier 1 and the support that’s available to help your business be ready.

You will leave the session with the confidence to bid on large-scale projects and an understanding of how to work with other businesses to innovate and collaborate!
