How well is your company geared up to be part of a major supply chain? Do you have the neccessary skilled staff or do you need to upskill/recruit? There will be a number of experts delivering sessions on how to be part of a major supply chain, this session will predominantly focus on the construction sector, including a perspective from a Tier 1 and the support that’s available to help your business be ready.
You will leave the session with the confidence to bid on large-scale projects and an understanding of how to work with other businesses to innovate and collaborate!
