Culture as a Competitive Advantage Fountain Partnership, the University of East Anglia and the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce are excited to announce the next in our series of Culture Shock events. We are thrilled to host Stuart Webber, Sporting Director at Norwich City Football Club who will be in conversation on stage with Rebecca Lewis Smith, MD at Fountain. Stuart will be sharing insight into building culture at the football club, and how that translates into performance. A panel discussion will follow the keynote, with speakers including:

  • Fiona Ryder, TCD Media / Norfolk Chamber of Commerce
  • James Sessa, Naked Wines
  • Prof Sarah Barrow, University of East Anglia
  • + more to be announced

The Culture Shock events series explores questions and topics surrounding workplace culture including organisational structure, equality in pay, diversity in the workplace, and agile working. Join the conversation to explore ways in which traditional workplace culture is being challenged, and gain insight from diverse viewpoints on how these issues and themes might be approached. The evening will include a networking reception with food and drinks. To find out more and to request to register, please email [email protected]
