Chamber Co.nnects are fortnightly network meetings for its members to network and chat with other businesses in a digital space. 

We believe networking is key during difficult times to help with mental health, continuation of business and access to help and advice from peers. Each network meeting will have a guest speaker and will be focusing on a current topic.

Businesses and organisations are people-centric places. What is common to all of them, whatever their size, product, service, sector or location, is that their people are their greatest asset.

In this event, we explore this idea and unpack how to get the best out of your people – whoever they are and whatever the size of your team.

Guest Speakers

Zofia Knight and Lisa-Rose Moller are Co-Founders and Directors of Compass Discovery.

After completing her MA at Oxford University and PGCE at Cambridge, Zofia taught English and Drama in schools and colleges in various countries for 13 years. Before returning to the UK to manage English language courses across Europe for a UK company, part of which involved recruiting and training large numbers of teachers of all ages.

More recently, she worked in Business Development for a UK group of conference centres. Also in a publicity role, representing a Norfolk-based company to their clients across the UK. Her skills include training, coaching and event organisation.

Lisa-Rose graduated from St. Andrews University in Scotland and holds a post-grad degree in Leadership and Management as well as a post-grad diploma in Careers Guidance and Development from Edinburgh Napier University. She taught English in Japan with the JET Programme before moving to London, where she worked as Manager for the VisitScotland London office and then started working in the careers centre at the University of East Anglia in 2010.

Her areas of expertise are coaching and business engagement. She has considerable experience in student support.

Together, they are passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential. They believe a career is not just a job: it is an opportunity to contribute something unique to the world. They get most excited about seeing people discover their ‘ikigai’ or ‘life purpose’ and find a career where they can utilise and develop their strengths.
