Who can use the Business Hub? Do I need to be a member of Norfolk Chambers?
Anyone can use the Business Hub, you don’t need to be a member, however membership entitles you to a 50% rate discount.
What are the opening hours of the Business Hub?
08.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. The Hub is not open at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
Is there parking available nearby?
Parking is available at Rose Lane car park and Castle Quarter car park, both approximately 5 minutes’ walk away.
How to make a booking at the Norfolk Chambers Business Hub
How do I book a desk, meeting pod, or the boardroom?
Booking is online, via the Business Hub page on the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce website. You can also make an enquiry, and we can book the space for you,
Can I make a same-day booking?
Yes, you can book online for the same day online, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
Can I book a space for multiple days or on a recurring basis?
Yes, you can book as many sessions as you want, on a recurring basis. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to discuss bespoke bookings.
What is the cancellation policy for bookings?
We require 48hrs notice for a full refund, 24 hours notice for a credit note, for cancellations with less than 24hrs no refunds will be given.
Are there discounts for long-term or bulk bookings?

What amenities are included with my booking?
There is free use of a bean-to-cup coffee machine and chilled water. We have WC with shower facilities, a disabled toilet on the ground floor and we are close to the city centre, so every type of cafe and restaurant nearby. Norwich train station is 5 minutes’ walk away and the bus station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk.
Is high-speed Wi-Fi available?
Yes, you can get the WI-FI password when you check in.
What is the Wi-Fi password?
Please ask the Business Hub Manager for the WIFI code on arrival.
Are there printing and scanning facilities on-site?
Yes. There is a charge for this. Please ask the Business Hub Manager on arrival.
Do you provide refreshments or catering options?
We can arrange additional refreshments and catering for you. Please speak to the Business Hub Manager [email protected]
Are there private spaces available for confidential meetings?
We have two soundproofed, 4-seater meeting pods as well as a boardroom which seats up to 20 people.
Can I bring my own equipment (like additional monitors, keyboards)?
Each desk has a 24″ monitor and HDMI cable. We have a small number of HDMI to USB-C adapters you can borrow for the duration of your booking. You can bring laptops, tablets, phones, keyboards and relevant power cables. Please contact the Hub Manager ([email protected]) if you have additional equipment that you would like tlo bring to the hub. We encourage you to get all electrical equipment PAT tested regularly.

How much does it cost to book a desk, meeting pod, or boardroom?
Business Hub rates are all included above. Prices range from £15 for an all day booking.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No, prices are not inclusive of VAT.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards and a direct debit facility is also available
Do you offer corporate or membership discounts?
If you are a member of the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce then you are entitled to a 50% discount on Hub usage. Please email [email protected] if you’d like to discuss joining as a member.
Can I pay on the day, or do I need to book in advance?
You can pay on the day, as long as payment is received prior to the booking.
What you need to know before booking hub
Can I bring food into the Business Hub?
Yes, you are welcome to bring food into the Hub, which can be consumed at your desk, in the boardroom, but not in the communal Hub spaces.
Do you have any rules and procedures on recycling and waste disposal?
To comply with waste legislation, recycling and food waste bins are provided in the Business Hub.
Can I take a tour of the Business Hub before booking?
Yes, it’s positively encouraged!
Is the Business Hub accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, we have disabled access at the front of the building and a disabled toilet and shower room on the ground floor.
Can I host events or workshops at the Business Hub?
We have a boardroom which can accommodate up to 20 people seated, or 40 people for a standing drinks reception. We would be happy to discuss your requirements for events and workshops that may require the whole Business Hub space.
