Future Projects is a registered charity which was established in 2000 by two volunteers who had become increasingly frustrated at the social exclusion, poverty, and lack of support available in their local community. They recognised that the issues people faced on their local housing estate in Norwich – one of the most deprived in the U.K. – could not be resolved by simply addressing one problem at a time in isolation. So they set about working with the local community to understand their needs and ambitions, developing projects in youth work, education, media and advice along the way. At the heart of our founders’ work was the desire to build on the strengths and assets which already exist in communities and whilst many things have changed since 2000, our approach has not.
Our Mission is to unlock the potential of communities experiencing hardship and deprivation by delivering high quality services and support which enable lasting change. We do this primarily through three core services which operate across Norfolk:
Our ultimate vision is of vibrant and strong communities where everybody can to live safe, independent and happy lives.
Freeformers helps growing businesses build the people, leadership and culture systems they need for the future of work — without the corporate theatre, jargon fog, or “death by workshop” nonsense.
We provide training, consultancy and facilitation for organisations that want their people to adapt, lead, learn and perform better in a changing world. Our work covers leadership development, employee experience, learning culture, onboarding, digital confidence, behaviour change and practical people strategy.
We believe better business performance starts with better employee experience. Not beanbags. Not another values poster. The real stuff: confident managers, useful conversations, smarter systems, stronger teams, and learning that changes what people do on Monday morning.
Our approach combines human-centred design, sharp insight and practical delivery. That means we do not simply arrive with a pre-packaged training deck and hope for the best. We listen, diagnose what is really getting in the way, design around your people and your commercial goals, then build experiences that are useful, memorable and measurable.
We work particularly well with ambitious SMEs and people-first leaders who are scaling, changing or trying to protect the culture that made them special in the first place.
Whether you need a leadership programme, a better onboarding experience, a learning culture that actually lives beyond the LMS, or help turning people challenges into business results, we can help.
Freeformers: less blah-blah, more ta-da.

Marketing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
At Rechenda Does Marketing, I help small business owners make smarter marketing decisions through practical strategy, training and resources that create long-term growth.
I believe the best marketing isn’t about being on every platform, chasing the latest trend or posting more content. It’s about understanding your customers, having a written-down strategy and focusing your time and budget on the activities that actually work.
My services include marketing audits, marketing strategy workshops, marketing training and practical resources designed to give small business owners the confidence to market their business more effectively.
I’ve also created The Marketing Shift; a growing movement encouraging business owners to stop guessing, stop following every new marketing fad and start making better marketing decisions.
Because better decisions create better businesses.
Set within beautiful natural surroundings on the outskirts of Norwich, GreenAcres Colney Park is a place where nature, remembrance and connection come together.
As one of GreenAcres’ Living Memorial Parks, Colney Park offers families a peaceful alternative to traditional cemeteries. Here, carefully maintained landscapes, mature trees and changing seasons create a place that feels alive, welcoming and full of natural beauty throughout the year.
Whether you are planning ahead, exploring memorial options for a loved one, or simply looking for a place to reflect, Colney Park provides a setting designed to support families long after a funeral has taken place.
A Living Memorial Park is more than a final resting place.
Unlike traditional cemeteries, our Parks are designed to be enjoyed, visited and experienced throughout the seasons. They are places where families can walk, reflect, remember and reconnect with loved ones in beautiful natural surroundings.
At Colney Park, nature plays an important role in creating a sense of comfort and connection. From the first signs of spring growth to the rich colours of autumn, the landscape changes throughout the year, providing a living reminder that life continues and memories remain.
Everyone experiences grief differently, which is why we believe remembrance should be personal.
Many families visit Colney Park to spend quiet time in nature, celebrate anniversaries, share memories, or simply enjoy a peaceful walk through the grounds. Others find comfort in returning regularly as part of their own personal rituals of remembrance.
Our Park provides space for these moments, offering a calm and welcoming environment where families can reflect in their own way and at their own pace.
Colney Park offers a range of memorial options to suit different wishes and preferences.
Families can choose from burial and ashes interment options set within thoughtfully designed natural surroundings. Our dedicated team is always available to guide families through the choices available and help them find an option that feels right for them.
For those wishing to plan ahead, we also offer the opportunity to make arrangements in advance, providing peace of mind for the future.
Nature is at the heart of everything we do.
Throughout the Park, carefully managed landscapes, mature trees and seasonal planting create a beautiful environment that can be enjoyed all year round. The Park is designed not only as a place of remembrance, but also as a place to pause, breathe and reconnect with the natural world.
Many visitors tell us that spending time in nature helps them feel closer to loved ones while also bringing a sense of peace and perspective.
The best way to experience Colney Park is to visit in person.
Whether you are considering memorial options, planning ahead, or simply curious about what makes a Living Memorial Park different, we would be delighted to welcome you.
Arrange a visit, take a walk through the Park and discover how GreenAcres Colney Park offers a unique place for remembrance, reflection and connection in the heart of Norfolk.
