I’m Caroline Lodge, an Independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador based in North Norfolk, offering workplace wellbeing, charity fundraising support, seasonal pop-up shopping and relaxed skincare experiences. My background is NHS Nursing and my approach is practical, personal and centred around health and wellbeing.
Workplace Wellbeing
I offer relaxed wellbeing sessions for teams, including mini hand treatments, skincare demonstrations and informal drop-ins. These can work well as part of a staff wellbeing day, lunchtime session or employee thank-you.
Charity & Fundraising Events
I support local charities and community organisations with Tropic stalls, skincare experiences and mini pamper sessions, with the option to donate 10% of event sales to the chosen cause. It’s an easy way to add something enjoyable to an event while also helping raise funds.
Workplace Shopping Experiences
At busy times of year, particularly Christmas, I can bring a pop-up Tropic shopping experience directly into the workplace. Staff can browse ready-to-gift options, ask for recommendations and tick off some Christmas shopping without needing another trip into town.
Skincare & Pamper Experiences
I also offer one-to-one skincare consultations, mini facials and small-group pamper experiences in the home. These are friendly, hands-on and ideal for anyone who wants straightforward advice and the chance to try products before choosing what suits them.
About Tropic
Tropic Skincare is a multi-award-winning brand offering vegan skincare, makeup and gifts. Products are freshly made in the UK, with a strong focus on naturally derived ingredients, sustainability and ethical business practices.
Tropic isn’t available in shops – instead, products are available through Independent Ambassadors, giving customers a more personal service with tailored recommendations. The Ambassador model also gives individuals like myself the opportunity to build their own business in a way that suits them, whether alongside other work or as a larger independent venture.
