New Member Introduction: Caroline Lodge & Tropic Skincare
Hello! I’m new to Norfolk Chambers, so I thought I’d introduce myself and explain a little about what I do — and, more importantly, some of the ways I’d love to work with other local businesses and organisations.
I’m Caroline Lodge, an Independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador based in North Norfolk. My background is in NHS nursing, so my approach has always been practical, personal and centred around health and wellbeing.
Workplace Wellbeing
I offer relaxed wellbeing sessions for teams, including mini hand treatments, skincare demonstrations and informal drop-ins. These can work well as part of a staff wellbeing day, lunchtime session or simply as a small thank-you to employees.
Sessions can be adapted to suit the workplace and are designed to give people a little time out of their working day without anything feeling overly formal or sales-focused.
Charity & Fundraising Events
I’m keen to connect with local charities and community organisations and can support events with a Tropic stall, skincare experience or mini pamper session.
I can also donate 10% of event sales to the chosen charity or organisation, providing an additional way to raise funds while giving visitors something enjoyable to take part in.
Workplace Shopping Experiences
At busy times of year — particularly in the run-up to Christmas — I can bring a pop-up Tropic shopping experience directly into the workplace.
Staff can browse ready-to-gift options, ask for recommendations and hopefully tick a few people off the Christmas shopping list without needing another trip into town. I can bring options across different price points and help with choosing gifts for partners, friends, family and those particularly difficult people who already seem to own everything!
Skincare & Pamper Experiences
I also offer one-to-one skincare consultations, mini facials and small-group pamper experiences in the home. These are relaxed and hands-on, giving people the opportunity to try products, ask questions and get straightforward advice about what might suit them — particularly useful for anyone who finds the world of skincare slightly bewildering!
A little about Tropic
Tropic Skincare is a multi-award-winning brand offering vegan skincare, makeup and gifts. Products are freshly made in the UK, with a strong focus on naturally derived ingredients, sustainability and ethical business practices.
Tropic isn’t available in shops. Instead, products are available through Independent Ambassadors, giving customers a more personal service with tailored recommendations and the opportunity to try products before deciding what suits them.
The Ambassador model also gives people the opportunity to build their own independent business in a way that works for them — whether alongside another career, or as a larger business in its own right.
I’d love to connect with other Chamber members, particularly businesses interested in staff wellbeing or workplace shopping events, and charities or community organisations looking for fundraising collaborations.
And, as a newcomer, I’m also very much looking forward to getting out to some Chamber events and meeting everyone!
