Workplace Christmas Shopping in Norfolk – Bring the Christmas Shop to Your Team
Christmas shopping always seems to arrive just when everyone is at their busiest.
So this year I’m offering workplace Christmas shopping pop-ups — bringing a small selection of Tropic gifts directly into the workplace, so staff can browse, ask for recommendations and hopefully tick a few names off the Christmas list without needing another trip into town.
I’m Caroline Lodge, an Independent Tropic Skincare Ambassador based in North Norfolk. Alongside Tropic, I work as an NHS Practice Nurse and my approach is practical, friendly and very much low-pressure.
How does it work?
I bring a carefully chosen range of Tropic Christmas gifts, everyday skincare, body care and stocking fillers at different price points. Staff can drop in during a lunch break, wellbeing day or another convenient time.
There’s no obligation to buy — although if somebody manages to solve the annual “what on earth do I buy them?” problem, all the better.
A simple staff Christmas perk
For employers, it’s an easy way to offer something a little different during a busy time of year. For staff, it means Christmas shopping can happen during the working day rather than being squeezed into an evening or weekend.
Tropic is a multi-award-winning British brand offering vegan, cruelty-free skincare, body care, makeup and gifts, with products freshly made in the UK and a strong focus on sustainability and ethical business practices.
If you’re an employer, HR professional, office manager or wellbeing lead and think this could work for your team, I’d love to hear from you.
And if you’ve simply come across this article while looking for Christmas gifts for yourself, friends or family, you’re very welcome to get in touch too!
